awesome stay at polo lodge!

ensuite bathroomfree wifiroad noise
the polo lodge had a suite with a bedroom, an ensuite bathroom, and a sitting room. it overlooked the cowdray ruins, meadow, and south downs. both the lounge and bedroom feature a tv and free wifi.
i noticed the constant traffic noise, it came from the road, but cowdray park should point that out. triple glazing does little to dampen the noise from outside.

i stayed in room 4 with my husband for one night. the room was very cosy with a beamed ceiling, and it had twin beds that were comfy. the modern bathroom was large and lovely. i like it has a bath. there were tea and coffee things, also a bottle of water and biscuits for us.
i stayed at this hotel after a wedding on the estate. i did not know it was a twenty minute walk down a VERY busy road without any pavements. i should have checked before! the noisy main road meant i needed earplugs to sleep well.
